BSNL 2G - Not getting proper balance

Dear sir,

This has to inform you that i am a consumer of your BSNL DATA CARD 2G (9408439982) in Mundra, Kutch, Gujarat. Where from last 2 months I am not getting proper balance as last I had recharged with 270 and got 4GB internet access in place of 10 GB. Presently i had recharged with 219 where i have got 4GB night balance & no day balance in place of 4GB Night & 4GB Day balance.
