My name is Riyazudeen FK. I applied for BSNL broadband connection in the month of november and got the connection activated in december and got my login id and password on 2nd dec. It worked intermittantly for 2 days and gone dead after that. It didn't work still. I have called and informed this to our exchange AE many times but no action has been taken on it. I have raised a complaint by calling 198 and got a complaint number 15633460652 on 10th jan but no action has been taken still now. My phone and broadband is dead for more than 2 months, still there is no response. I want someone to come and rectify the issue. My broadband connection belongs to SS Kulam exchange, Coimbatore.
