Dear Sir,

I have not activated the above said service on my telephone no 0181-2421126. I talked on toll free no of bsnl hungama 18002097010 today, your excecutive told me that I have activate the above said service in Dec but I have not attented the telephone & not make a request for this service, which is not required by me, the time told by your executive today. So, I will not pay the charges of HMOD. I want the recording of that call, on which this service was activated. Kindly provide the call recording to my Mobile No 9417967609. I am not going to pay the bill of this service (hmod). The Time of Call is 11-09 am Day Time, At this time no body can attend this call, because nobody stayed at home at the time given. We are 3 persons in our house, at day time my wife goes for service and daughter goes to her college. I might be go to consumer court, if these charges will not be back.
