Delayed In New Landline and broadband connection

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that i have applied for a BSNL land line and broadband connection on 26 march. But i didnt get the connection till date. When i gave the application, company informed me that they will give the connection within 2-3 days.and i paid sum of Rs.500/-. I called up many times to BSNl Office but the officers did not get any response even personanly vivit to BSNl office but the still problem is same

Please help me in this case.
