Neglecting customers

Hello Sir / Madam,

We have been using the BSNL Landline / Broadband for more than 2 years, 04424780920, After repeated calls to customer care still the frequent disconnection of broadband is not solved.

When contacted to the customer care they are almost shouting on us saying "it is in progress, you have to wait" This is only for few days, and then they close the docket without solving the problem

Dockets closed

16026996542 -- Issue not resolved -- opened on 30th Mar -- closed on 31st Mar

16055327742 -- Issue not resolved -- opened on 5th April -- Closed on 9th April

Since its not resolved i had opened an another ticket on the same day

16069617932 -- Issue not resolved -- Opened on 9th April -- No confirmation SMS sent to mobile

16116942332 -- Issue still persists -- opened on 19th April -- No action yet,

Could you please check whether there any process where the higher officials check the credibility of these complaints closed?

I feel too bad that i have been cheated since there is no refund given for disconnections so far. Even though we could suggest them with technical assistance (I am a network engineer) they refuse to work on it.

I hope for strong action against this kind of negligence.
