Broadband not working

I have the 2mbps Broadband connection on the phone no. 0181-2260730

the speed of the Broadband has reduced drastically, even for the high speed plan.

the connection is breaking very frequently on its own and then we have to redial it.

then most of the times it says that the remote computer is not responding.
