Sub: Irregular internet connectivity due to faulty telephone cable 0824 2477601
I, the undersigned would like to inform you that, I am unable use the internet facility since 12th July. Further I had approached BSNL official in turn one of the officer had visited to my residence on 19th July and had thorough check up. According to him there is cable problem. I think the above problem is existing since I had installed telephone connection because I am getting cross connection since from beginning. Considering all the above problem I request to you to arrange your staff and get it attended as soon as possible and waive the intranet charges till the cable problem is solved.
