PROMOTIONAL OFFER CHEAT

Dear sir /Madam;

I recharged my 3G data prepaid mobile number 099445572861 on dated 27/01 at custumer care centre Avadi, Chennai with Rs, 3102/-and got the receipt for that. No.18105.After consulting the staff of BSNL csr centre only I recharged. As per the present promotional offer dated 24/01 of Chennai Telephones, 50% extra data usage avilable above 1000MB RCV.This offer is available from 26/012012 to 31/03.But after successful recharge I got only 15GB of data for 180days only. Asper the offer I should get 22.5GB of data totaly. Regarding this I contacted bsnl customer care over mobile and landline several times. But they are telling irresponsible answers. Please kindly help me and do needful.
