If u want to lodge complaint at 1500 for broadband connectivity, The BSNL Makes u wait for atleast 1500 seconds before attending the call. That is the priority they have set for the customers. In fact 99% of the case people are fed up to even lodge a complaint due to long hold.
My broadband speed is even lower than the slowest passenger train and the length of connectivity is not more than 3 to 5 min max.
