Faulty brodband connection not being corrected

My BSNL Broadband connection in Magarpatta City, Pune has not been working since 22nd December. Numerous complaints have been filed in this regard but no action has so far been taken to redress the issue. While I am being charged every month for my broadband connection. Please get something done as this has been causing great inconvenience.
