Hello Sir,
Recently i have changed my BSNL plan from BB 350 TO BB 500 where I get free unlimited download from 2AM to 8AM. very rarely i use internet during the day time because it will at office. i have also Scheduled my download to start from 3AM to 7AM on my download software. which is working fine. But today when i checked my usage detail on BSNL portal i was surpriced to see that i have used 2.1 GB for just 5 day. And the funniest part is i was out of station to pune on 6th and 7th where i have turn off my modem and they have charged me on those day as well.
When i called BSNL (techinical support) they asked me to call billing section when i called billing section they asked me to techinical support. i have been kicked from here and there with out any resolution.
With lost of hope i am writting this to you so that you take necessary action on this case.
