I HAVE TAKEN BSNL BROADBAND DATAONE CONNECTION IN 2008. SINCE JANUARY I HAVE SHIFTED TO 749 COMBO PLAN FROM 500 PLAN. SINCE THEN I AM FACING LOT OF PROBLEMS DUE TO THE BROADBAND CONNECTION. FREQUENT (678) ERROR IS COMING WHEN I CONNECT TO INTERNET.AND MOREOVER ITS NOT BEING CONNECTED, AS A RESULT I HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE INTERNET CAFES FOR MY WORKS.I HAVE LOGGED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BSNL CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE UNDER REGISTRATION NUMBERS-12950. THIS COMPLAINT I HAVE LOGGED ON FRIDAY (21/01) AND AGAIN SAME PROBLEM HAS OCCURRED SO I HAVE LOGGED ANOTHER COMPLAINT UNDER REGISTRATION NUMBER-13023 DATED 25/01. SO KINDLY MAKE ME OUT OF THIS NET PROBLEM. THANKING YOU
