Not connect internet

Dear Sir,

My BSNL Landline No. Is 0261-2460359, I Started New Pripaid Internet Connection, 1st day work properly but 2nd date to till day not any work..

i complain to BSNL Office 5-6 time but not propely answerd my userid is [email protected]

If possibale please action it
