Dear Sir,
I had purchased BSNL EVDO CARD in bangalore for Rs 3500.00 then the tariff of monthly rental was 550.00, but when I gave it to a SDE of IMM branch, bangalore the person there has changed my tariff and number without my consent and I tried contacting all top officials in BSNL including CMD and GM through emails but it is of no use, they dont even respond and I am always told to contact some or the other person without any use, they are very sad ppl in BSNL this has been going on from almost 3 months with excess billing and trouble. They are useless bunch in BSNL kindly put some vigilance squad and set right the customer service, Not only they are useless but also very arrogant with the customers.
