My name is umran and my evdo usb no is 9180116382, I bought a BSNL EVDO data usb, the speed offered by BSNL is 2.4kb/sec where as in reality it gave only 50 to 60kb/sec download speed, the speed is also fluctuating time to time. I am sick of it now and after sale service is bad, i don't even know whom to contact for my problem. Please see into this matter and do the needful.
