BSNL EVDO data card

Sir,

I bought BSNL, EVDO data card an year ago. I was getting a nice average speed of 80-100 Kbps. But from past month, the speed has dropped to 15-20 Kbps. notwithstanding my frequent visits to the concerned office, nothing has been done so far. It is as such requested to look into the matter as soon as possible. I live at Nigeen Hazratbal, near NIT Srinagar.
