Subject: DEACTIVATION OF GAMES ON DEMAND – PHONE NO. 0863: 2261383

I am bsnl costumer vide phone no. 0863 2261383 .One fine morning somebody called on in the month of May and forced my child to activate online games which are completely free for the period of one month of May but in the month of May itself I recieved bsnl bill adding Rs 170/- towards GAMES ON DEMAND which we never demanded. This complete episode is looking like cheating the people by keeping them in confusion. I am unable to deactivate/unscribe due to the careless guidance of BSNL .

I want to deactive /unscribe immediately. Hence DEACTIVATE IMMEDIATELY THE GAMES ON DEMAND and avoid unnecessary billing and unwanted chrges by the bsnl
