I have made a complain on 16/02 regarding my internet videcomplain ref. no. 1002325506. I am surpriser when I have received message on 18/02 that your complain is resolve, actually without resolve the complain. i have tried to explain to the customer care that the problem is not resolve. you may requested to take the necessary action against the BSNL. How they can send the message without resolved the problem.
