I am Soumik Sarkar from kolkata. I have broadband connection since last year. In July, 10 hungama sent a mail in my id for activation account. I activated hungama account, I dont have knowledge about hungama activation charges. I never download any songs. They charge rs.149 per month since July, 10. But real story is I did not get any information since July, 10. This year 24th feb I have got telephone bill. Then I stund. They charged all total Rs.1535.But I allways get the bill approx Rs.399 to 590. They are saying problem in bsnl.
You please verify what is the real faults and you please take action soon, otherwise we surrender.
