Deactivation of the game service

I have activated the service of game but unfortunately i have forgot the user id and passward and due to this i am unable to play due mozilla firefox linex computer system it does not accept the program hence i do not want to continue with the service. hence I want to deactivate this game service imadiately hence please cancel the service henceforth.
