The bsnl india games is not usefull to me. However I have called many times to the customer care centre of bsnl through their toll free number. But they have not responded to my calls. Therefore I have posted my complaints through their bsnl portal i.e http://bsnl.indiagames.com on 10/07 and requested them to de activate the games. But they have not cared my request and Rs.200.00 each month cahrged in my monthly telephone bill for the month of July and Aug. I have taken broad band facility from bsnl land line no. 0836-2280962. Please deactivate bsnl india games and help me in this regard.
