Not giving proper service

I purchase a new sim (3 G service) for internet accesses paid Rupees 4200 plan for talk to my family from Canada.

it was very worst i could not even speak to my family and the downloading speed was very poor

the customer care center in thanjavur not responding

and their treatment also very poor.

because of I am in Canada I am at present in canada I sent my wife to their customer cervice center in thanjavur office

even they collect some adl charges for top up 60 rupees and data charge 460/=

i don't know what they r doing

and eventhough i am not getting good connection

in this regard whome i should contact
