I have bought 3 months prepaid subscription pack from Tata Indicom Broadband on 17th Apr. My account got disconnected on 30th May for no reason. Also in last 1 month, I have logged service down complaint every day because of which I have not used this service more than 20%. There customer service reps are inefficient and there is no escalation process. It is the worst internet service provider in India.
