Phone Dead

My telephone No 2414 3740 (Registered under Duncans Industries Ltd) has not been working since last 4 days. I cannot even lodge a complaint as complaint numbers are not available. BSNL advertises and want us to take Broad Band etc and if this is the service imagine what will a poor consumer like us will do. Please take up the matter.
