I just dont know what Tata Indicom Broadband is doing! I renewed my account on 25th Oct with a 128 kbps pack. But suddenly on Nov 3rd, I see that my net isn't working. Customer care tells me the account has been suspended since there is no balance. But how can the balance disappear just after 8 days of renewal? I have been using Tata Indicom for some time now and know that this is not possible. Repeated complaints have yielded no results. So I have decided to go ahead and lodge a complaint against Tata Indicom Broadband in the Consumer court. It is high time they were taught what customer service is all about.
