My name is Sunil Kumar Das. I am holding a Landline as wel as a Broadband connection Phone number 03461-259674, under SURI telecom and Consumer Number 446332.
Here is my complain details present
Please read below few lines carefully.
- I have paid a bill of 1194 on 29the Dec, but Till date I didnt
receive any BILL for that. They even said this amount will be adjusted next
month but that didn’t happen.
- My land line and Broad band was disconnected from 22nd dec to 15th
may due to some cable fault in BSNL.despite of that also I used to pay
my bill. All of sudden this month a bill amount came like 1764 INR.
Now I am fade up with the behavior of BSNL employee. Every day I used to go there offices but they don’t thing they need to reply a 56 man .they are not ready to give a single response.
Now When I wanted to surrender my landline they are asking for the Bill for that period when connection was not provided. They said they won’t return my Deposit amount. I am feeling helpless. Please help me out
