BSNL LANDline/broadband service

I have telephone connection on my father's name having broadband connection No.0288 2540435, which works 02 - 03 days in a month.

I repeatedly do the complaint and follow up and on 0288 2553199 and 1500 Nos, which is given by BSNL. No result till phone is dead since 02.07.2011.

Earlier it was out of service for more than 42 days so as per advice by BSNL office I wrote application for refund one month back.

But surprisingly again I received full amount bill. No refund for the period of service was down.

Even as on today my service is down but noboday bother reply mail or call.

Kindly help.
