I am yogesh kumar from punjab district patiala city patran... i want to tell you that i was facing some problems in connection of internet service on 6 feb near about 8:30 . when i called in customer care center a man (Goutam) spoke very rudely with me and second thing i noticed that man (Goutam) has no sense how to talk with the customer. And some times customer care employees do not attend the call till 10 minute
A question always arise in my mind that Bsnl employees must good behave like Airtel company, Spice, voda, other...
i hope by this complaint my problem will be solved shortly
