I have very recently suffered heavy losses running into Many lakhs due to the apathy in BSNL which is more fully, "Beiman Sarkar Ka Na Layak" Seva.

During April / May I had my order book filled to brim, after a massive buildup effort on the biz end. I am reduced to "Blank" order book status and am hunting for jobs in the freelance-market.

My "Broad"band connections have delivered exceptional speeds of 0.7bytes per second to 120 kbps per second, with lot of dropouts in between. Many a complaints were raised upto CMD level in Delhi, without tangible results of any sort.

It is also to my knowledge that the people of DELHI are enjoying real Broadband Unlimited at 2mbps, for a monthly fee of only INR 599/-, whereas the rest of the country is paying through its nose at more than 2000 INR per month, for just a TOP SPEED of 100kbps during Indian Night-Shift hours, with the additional burden of loosing connection or connectivity any moment of time during your chat or skype with your counterpart in the Mainland USA, causing further agony.

The exchange I am served also has the magnanimity of going off line at-least once a month for maintenance, like a cultured high society lady, due to its link break with its main exchange. The recent episode is 5 times in two months.

We should really thank the efforts of BSNL in aggravating the efforts of Our Prime Minister, to end JOBLESSNESS activities and Poverty of the masses, by just addressing the needs of the city where the Hon'ble PM lives
