My name is Thirumaran, I am living in thanjavur. I have a broadband connection from BSNL (23/01), Phone number:04362-231319. My broadband ADSL link disconnect frequently from 23/01. I was compliant many more time from the related officers through phone line and face to face . broadband adsl link problem solved temporarily (few days or more days). the problem repeated again. Again and again i was compliant the related officer but, the ADSL link disconnecting problem not solved permanently.
My money waste, my time waste and I get lot of stress. So, I want to good service from BSNL and BSNL provide a best BROADBAND connection. Please help me and Please take action
