I have BSNL Wimax Internet Connection
since December and my connection number is 2177835. But
Connection is not working properly from purchasing date to till date.
Still i am suffering from same problem.
Till last week, Connection
worked properly during day time from 8 am to 4 pm but from 4pm to 11pm
Internet surfing speed is just .1kb/sec. But Nowadays speed is
always (Day and Night) 2-3kbps. Now, Connection works hardly 2-3 hours
in a day or even not. Many times I register the complaints to BSNL
Doraha Office, But they said problem is not here, it is in Jalandhar
Office, or users are more, that is why my connection is not working properly. Please do something and solve my problem.
