I was using a wimax connection for almost one year, Since i got transferred to another city i gave request to disconnect it got it disconnected it on July 15th Last novemeber i got a bill and on enquiry based on my written request i was informed that due to some software upgradation it was wrongly send and to ignore it. Today i am getting calls from revenue recovery department to settle a total of 9000 rupees.
I just cant understand what is happening with this Govt office, they are not even ready to look into the matter nor ready to provide answers, I am now going from table to table for geting a proper service.
