BSNL WIMAX INTERNET NOT WORKING LAST 10 MONTHS

I am Balbir Singh S/O Baldev Singh. I have BSNL Wimax Internet Connection and my connection phone number is 2179418. I purchase this connection from last nov. but the connection is not working proper from purchasing date to till date. still i am suffring from this problem.

I am continue pay my monthly bill apx. 870rs/m

please solve my problem as soon as possible
