BSNL ZTE EVDO
Slow speed

The speed of Data tranfer rate is too low (20 bps). There is no remedy after repeated requests to rectify the problem. Server cannot be reached mostly on Saturdays. The connection is regained on Mondays. No active customer care for technical support. Worthless officers who has no responsibility. I am paying regularly (Rs.276 per month). This problem is recurring since a year. Please bring this in notice of concerned department.
