The company requested a lease line Ac No:16391398: Circuit Id: topp-ang00001 has a bill of 38, 000 trailing. We keep getting calls from collections to pay the bill. I have requested several times to the account ex to speak to me to explain the bill, but to no avail. Mr. Shiv Mohan has been contacted several times but he never reverts back, I have written him several mails and he has always informed I will come & meet but never responds. I think we have had enough and we are moving to another service provider. If airtel is too busy not to respond to its customer then we also have a choice to make.
