we bought a package from manashosting on 5th june which their sales team told me that it will work a reseller account and we can host multiple websites on this server and can resell to any one and add any number of domains we paid them INR 4000 for the same this hosting package comes with 30 day moeny back gaurantee but when the plan was activated it was just useless for us as they have included a condition that i cannot add domains from my clients and all domains should be registered under our email id only we understood that we have been cheated and misguided by sales team
we ask for refunds from 6th june onwards, they try to linger the process for a week when we strickly force for refunds they told us to send all document by courier. we send all cancellation documents by courier and also by registered post
but you can never think all documents came back to my address as nobody from their office take the documents and send them back to us.
we send our person to check the office and found that their is no office of manashosing at the said UB city office when we called their office they said that we are calling from the same address you can understand that they are running their business through a call center who dont know their own office
we have been told again and again that we will receive a call from their account department regarding cancellation and refunds but till now we have not received any call from their side
i am still receiving calls twice in a day from their sales department but not even a single call from their refund department
they are lingering the process and it seems that they are not interested in making any refunds
we ask you to look into the matter
Please take the legal action on them and cancel their license so that people like us will be saved by spending the money.
