Non working of internet for more than one month inspite of advance payment

I am Suresh B. Savekar, staying at A/7, M.D.Mehta Co-op. Hsg. Soc. Ltd. Star Colony, Dombivali (E). I have taken Internet plan of 4G.B. for 180 days from the Weblink Broadband Services. I have made Six months advanced payment of Rs.1, 500/- in the month of February. My net has not been working for more than one month. Inspite of repeated reminders by visiting personally at the corporate office of the above service provider at Dombivali (E) & several phone calls, nobody from the company bothered to take any action to solve the said problem. The Manager of the Company had not available to receive the phone calls & also not available in the office.
