Was very humble when taking the orders and explain about the product MAGIC MOP WET FLOOR CLEANER. But completely changed their attitude when I paid and recieved the product. Had called them with extra queries about not receiving the bill.
The person who talked to me was so arrogant and has to be given training as to how he should talk to customers in the first place. I called the number
(0) 9935833202 and inspite of having to put up with his arrogance, I was ordered to talk properly to him for sending the bill.
Good that I knew about the service of the Quikr earlier since was about to order more products. HORRIBLE SERVICE., UTMOST DISRESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.
BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE IN WHICH EVER PLACE YOU ARE.
