I am Nagendra Waghmode from Goa. On 7th February I received a mail saying that I won a amount of GBP 7, 00, 000.00 and the diplomat is going to arrive in Delhi and then he is going to contact me.
As per that mail One diplomat named Michel Philip called me and sent me My Id, Password and access code to transfer the money from RBI bank to my local bank and then he asked to deposite lot of money in order to get COT code, IRT tax code, Anti terrorist code and now they are asking me to deposite more money to upgrade my account so that I can get my money.
Please help me.
