This is regarding complaint about a gang who, it seems, are functioning all over the world.
On November 16 an sms was sent to my Mobile No 9818413478 stating "CONGRAT YOUR MOBILE NUMBER HAS BEEN AWARDED $ 2 MILLION USD IN COMMONWEALTH GAMES AWARD LOTTERLY TO CLIM CONTACT MRS. JANE ON EMAIL: [email protected]." The telephone Nos of Dr (Mrs) Jane Brown are 00447017031045/00447014233469. Accordingly, I had started correspondence with them as per copies of attached emails for your favour of information please.
As per the fraudulent operator, after completing formalities they have asked me to deposit a sum of Rs 45, 000/- plus in Indian currency that too in some third party's name i.e. one Mr Vijay Kumar - Account No. 03041000132084 with HDFC Bank - Pan No. BSCPK8335C) as per their representative Mr Frank Walter (Airtel Mob. 08800559016) advice which I decline to pay. I ha even informed them that since the amount of Rs 45, 000/- was demanded by RBI, I would pay the same to them along with Mr Frank Walter to which they have not agreed.
Sir, I am a patient of Biopolar Effective Disorder since 1997 and presently am under treatment in Holy Family Hospital, New Delhi, India. Documentary evidence is enclosed along with other mails.
Sir, I cannot express my predicament - how much mental agony I had passed through and how much mental stress I had to take to deal swith them.
HENCE, I DEMAND THIS AWARDED AMOUNT OF US $ 2 MILLION, AS COMPENSATION FROM THIS AGENCY CONSIDERING MY DISEASE WHICH IS OF SERIOUS IN NATURE; AND YOUR KIND COOPERATION IN THIS REGARD IS SOLICITED PLEASE.
I also strongly propose that stringent action may be taken against the culprits.
I am endorsing copy of this letter to Crime Branch, Delhi and Commonwealth Games Glasgow and Scotland Police with a rquest to take similar action against them.
