Data One Customer Not Responding Correctly

Whenever i call dataone customer care for complaint on this number 24370000 they always tell me call on this number 24210000. when i call this number they tell me its a private number and cut off the phone without any responce. Are these mad guys working for government jobs are not suitable for it, they must be actually beggars, when our india will improve? god Know.
