I had recently faced some problem in internet and got a call from my office that net is not working, and I was in ebony mall on mall road, so i went to the connect office in this mall. There was a lady named "Meenakshi" who listened to me and told me that there is a fibre cut due to which net has stopped working and will start from 5pm. I reached my office @3om and net was working fine. I was happy that connect services are good.
The next day I was in a meet with my local client and again got a call from office that net stopped working and customer care is number is busy. I searched for the connect offices and dailed this number 0161-5010083 no one picked the call then i dailed the second number 01615010106 and the same lady picked my call "Meenakshi" and without listening to me she replied that i cannot answer u on call, come to office and meet me in office and hunged up the phone. Is she aware of the fact what is the meaning of the hung up on to the customer. In next five minutes i was in their office and dailed same number and asked Meenakshi to meet me, again she hung up after that she didn't picked my call.
By the time another customer care girl attended me and told me its again the same fibre cut and net will start working till 6pm. I asked her that some one from your office named Meenakshi talked like this call her i want to meet her. I made a call to same number from landline this time, she picked up the call and i asked her again to meet me, she made me listned some songs pretending i have dailed some wrong number. I passed over the call to that girl and she talked to meenakshi for next 5 mins and then she told me meenakshi is in field.
I would like to know that, how did she managed to take the landline with her in field.
I don't know the name of that girl but she was sitting with a guy named "Gaurav". When I was asked, that I wanted to talk to your head of this branch, she also lied to me and said that He is not in office, I moved out and asked the guard that I want to meet your head of this branch he told me that he is in a meeting.
I want to know the reasons for the following
Why did that executive lied that their head is not in office?
Why did she pretended that meenakshi is not in office?
Is this the correct way to reply to customer on a call and hung up the calls?
Am i paying 1500 rs every month only to listen to these liers?
Is this the way connect deals with its customer?
