Misguide by company employs

I have taken an internet connection from connect phones. This connection was

not working properly. Company employ told me that for better results I change my

plan and convert it to one mb speed plan by paying app 1700 per month as rent

i change my plan and when the speed is not increased i further call company employs but they say that this speed can not be given to me because of lower

capacity of exchange and i say to change my plan but they refuse it and say that

you must pay new bill for the change wheather speed has increase or not.
