Hi,
This is Sabyasachi, applied for BSNL landline and broadband services on 2nd April and I was informed that you will reveive the connection within an week. I recieve the Land line on 12th April and the broadband connection on 18th April. On 21st April my phone connection became dead and I couldn't able to make any calls or not able to use the internet connection. I made a complain on 23rd April and I was informed that the issue will be solved by the same day. Unfortunately the issues is not yet solved.
