I purchased a wireless internet connection from Crystal Enterprises around the 13 of march and they gave me the device and told me i would get connectivity within 2 days. However the connection has not been provided to me. I contacted Airtel office but they did not help me. The contact person is Ramesh and his cell number is 9900999991. He later told me he would refund my money but he has not done even that.
