I have Idea data card and I recharged it on 20th of March. Still, the balance is not getting reflected.
Today is 09th of April when I am writing this complain.
My humble request is not purchase IDEA DATA CARD because the service is very pathetic. IDEA please change the service providing company and/or team as they are not satisfying your Customers.
We struggle, We pay but we did not get.
I chatted with three supervisors viz,
Deepali (3rd April)
Kumar Gautam (6th April)
and Vijay. (8th April)
All of them told me that the problem will be solved within 17 hours. But the problem is not solved yet.
Any help will be useful. Is there any way I can case on these persons as they are fooling me.
