R/Sir,

I would like to bring your kind attention about the very slow service of Broadband at my end. We (Videocon Industries limited) have owned the Broadband Business Plan of Rs. 3000/= per month 7 at Jeevan Nagar jaamu & we are accessing it from the last 2 years. Whenever I logg a compaint about link down problem at my end, I got hardly any reponse from your side. No one shows his responsibility. Present situation is that I am facing a lot of problem from my exchange from yesterday, I have talked to customer care at 1957, 9419120809, 191-2435500 but they have no solution for me. So, you are requested to please entertain my complaint on priority basis and assures that the same will not happen again.
