Cheated by charging even when the online transaction resulted in erro

Dear Sir,

On 13 Feb, I made a transaction of Rs.990 from my HDFC bank credit card, on the website of DelhiOnlineFlorists.com which after I entered all my credit card details, gave me an error screen.

After which I called them and they said they have not received any transaction order from me.

I sent them the screenshot of my payment detail credit card detail page by email, after which they never replied. HDFC bank told me that the DelhiOnline Florist still claimed the money and I couldn't do anything. They are a fraud company based in Kolkata- their phone numbers are: 9230765100, 9230721098, 9230721101

and email id is: [email protected]

They never took my order and never delivered what I ordered, but they charged me Rs.990

Please help me get my money back. I already have put a complaint in my Credit card bank, I really look forward to get my money back from this fraud company.
