I am a resident of 2/2C Tiljala Road, Calcutta 700 046. I had placed a request for Broadband connection through online 3 months back and till today I have not received the connection. Adter one month a rep of BSNL had called in my mobile no. took the details like username, type of connection etc and vanished.
I am just fed up and tired of giving fresh application as everytime I log in to apply for fresh application it says "You have already registered yourselves for this connection". I feel like taking back my request for Broad Band and disconnection the BSNL line and opt for other telecom industries.
I needed this connection badly for my daughter who is a Loreto House student and needs to to projects now and then but it seems the services provided by BSNL is not up to the mark.
