Email account hacked

Sir,

Yesterday there was mail from windows hotmail, that the site is getting revamped, so for updating to new

revamped site, please give us email id, password, phone.no.

for which i obliged. but now is account is hacked and he is sending mails to my friend, relatives and business clients that i am in Nigeria and need money to fly back to india.

Pls help and want to activate my hotmail. Since all my important mails are there in that account.

pls help...
